Instructions: Place the pastry on a greased baking sheet. Saute off the onion and bacon and small bits of garlic until softened. Saute off the mushrooms in the butter and pour the bacon and onion over the pastry.
Lay the potato slices down either side of the pastry and pour the sauteed mushrooms down the centre. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C/350 F/gas mark 5. Email this Recipe:
