Instructions: Cook the bacon rashers in a large frying pan over a medium heat until starting to crisp turning once.
Remove the bacon from the pan and keep warm. To the saucepan add one tablespoon of lard. Fry two slices of bread on one side only until crisp and golden remove and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining bread and lard. Place the fried bread on a flat surface uncooked sides up. Top each of two slices with one rasher of back bacon and two of streaky. Season with ground black pepper. Now the difficult part approx HP or ketchup? Im a ketchup man myself. Top each sandwich with the other slices of fried bread crispy side up. Enjoy while still hot.
