Instructions: Scrub potatoes thoroughly, and rub skins with oil; bake at 400 degrees F. for 1 hour or until done. Let cool to the touch.
Slice skin away from top of each potato; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Mash pulp; add bacon and next 5 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into shells; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Yield: 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
