Ingredients:

375 gm Brussels sprouts, trimmed (12oz)
25 gm Butter, (1oz)
4 x Rashers smoked streaky bacon, chopped
200 gm Cooked and peeled chestnuts, halved (7oz)
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the Brussels sprouts into a large pan of boiling water and cook for 5-8 minutes until just tender.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the bacon. Fry until crispy.

Add the chestnuts and drained sprouts and cook for a further minute mixing well. Add seasoning to taste.

NOTES : A traditional festive way to serve Brussels sprouts.
