2 cup Bisquick original baking mix
1/2 cup Milk
2 x Eggs
1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
Instructions:
Instructions: HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon.

POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron.

BAKE until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle. Twelve 4-inch squares.
