8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
1 tbl onion, finely chopped
1 tbl green pepper
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbl celery, finely chopped
6 oz Cheddar cheese
1 dsh pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Add the onion, green pepper and celery to the macaroni; stir. Add one half of the cheese and stir over low heat until melted. Season and stir in evaporated milk. Spoon into a well greased baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350:F for 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and cut into squares to serve.

Serves 4.
