Instructions: In Dutch oven, melt butter. Add one can of corn and bell pepper; saute 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
In food processor or blender, place remaining two cans of corn and chicken broth; process until smooth. Add to Dutch oven with half-and-half, chilies and Spices for fajitas. Return to heat. Bring just to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; blend in cheese, seasoned pepper and hot pepper sauce. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
