Instructions: Cut the pork into 1 1/2inch pieces with skin on. Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic and fry until light brown. Add the onion and the yellow beans and fry for a couple of minutes until you get the aroma. Add the pork and fry for a few more minutes, add the soy sauce, water and rock sugar and leave to simmer until the pork is cooked. Serve hot.
