Instructions: Make a shallow cut around the circumference of the apples just piercing the skin.

Place the apples on four squares of buttered cooking foil.

Fill the centre of each apple with a mixture of raisiins orange rind cinnamon and walnuts top with the honey.

Wrap each apple in the foil leaving the top open pour in the orange juice.

Close tightly and bake in hot charcoal for 25 minutes.
