100 gm butter
200 gm biscuits, Granita

125 gm cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar (caster)
2 tbl lemon juice
2 x eggs
300 ml cream
250 gm blackberries, fresh
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare crust:
Melt butter. Crush biscuits fine.

Combine butter and biscuit crumbs, mix well. Press evenly over base and side of 25 cm flan tin; bake in a moderate oven 10 minutes; allow to cool.

Filling:
Beat cheese, sugar and lemon juice with an electric mixer until smooth, beat in eggs one at a time. Add cream and beat until combined.

Stir blackberries and passionfruit pulp together and spread onto base of baked crust. Top with filling and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or until set. Cool and refrigerate until cold.

Serve with whipped cream and extra blackberries.

Serves 4-6.

Great dessert for parties.
