Instructions: Cover red Snapper completely with Cajun seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in well. Saute green onions and celery in until just tender, then stuff cavity of fish with mixture. Bake Snapper at 425 F (45-50 minutes); remove from oven and garnish with whole green onion stalks and parsley. Serve immediately.
