Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
6 x Catfish fillets
1 x Egg
1 tbl Water
1/2 cup Cracker meal
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbl Lemon and herb seasoning
----------------- MEUNIERE SAUCE ----------------
3/4 cup Butter or margarine
2 tbl Green onions,chopped
3 tbl Lemon juice
1 dsh Hot pepper sauce
1 tbl Parsley,minced
1/4 tbl Salt
1/4 tsp White pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Thaw frozen fish according to package directions.

2. Beat egg and water.

3. Combine cracker meal, cheese and seasoning; dip fish fillet in beaten egg, then roll in crumb mixture.

4. Pour Meuniere Sauce in shallow baking dish; place fillets in dish, turning once or twice to coat both sides well.

5. Bake in preheated 350F. oven 40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

1. Combine all ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
