Instructions: Cut the root ends off the celery.
Put the celery hearts into boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes then drain. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Put in the celery sprinkle the cheese over and dot with pieces of butter. Bake at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/gas 6 for 20 minutes. Email this Recipe:
