Instructions: Sprinkle chicken with salt, then roll in flour. Put in baking dish in layers. Pour a little milk or cream over top (this will help make liquid and make it more golden brown). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Check once or so. If it needs liquid add a little water so it wont stick to bottom.
