Instructions: In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade. Coat each pieces with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 F. for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
NOTES : Can be prepared a day ahead and baked before serving. Leftovers are good sliced and served with potato salad. Can broil for a few minutes at end of cooking time to brown. Email this Recipe:
