2 cup	Flour
1/2 cup	Cornmeal
2 tbl	Dry mustard
2 tbl	Paprika
1 tbl	Garlic powder
1 tbl	Celery salt
1 tbl	Pepper
1 tsp	Ginger
1/2 tsp	Tyme
1/2 tsp	Oragano

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pieces of chicken in this mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven 45-60 minutes.
