1 x 6 pound roasting chicken
1/4 cup onions finely chopped
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup ripe banana diced
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup soft breadcrumbs firmly packed
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare chicken for roasting. Follow recipe for stuffing as set out. Put in greased uncovered roast pan in oven at 350 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
