Instructions: Brown ground beef, onions and celery, drain off fat.
In a large casserole dish, mix the soups, water and soy sauce together and add in the meat mixture and rice. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until the rice is done. Top with the chow mein noodles and serve. NOTES : I got this recipe from my Grandmother. It is very easy to make and very good too. My family likes it a lot. Email this Recipe:
