4 cup fresh cranberries rinsed, drained
(a 12-oz bag measures abt 3 cups)
2 cup sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all the ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop. Let cool slightly then cover and chill until ready to serve.

This recipe yields 2 1/2 cups.

Comments: Once you see how easy and delicious this sauce is, cranberries wont be saved just for Thanksgiving anymore! Try serving it along with pork or lamb, too.
