4 lrg Flounder filets
1 can (large) medium-size shrimp
1 can (large) mushrooms
4 tbl Butter
4 tbl Flour
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut aluminum foil in 12-inch square for each peice of fish. Arrange fish in center of square. Divide shrimp & put on fish. Make thick white sauce with flour, milk, butter & salt. Stir in lemon juice & pour over fish. Add paprika & parsley. Fold foil on top so the liquid will not drain out. Place on cookie sheet & bake at 425 for 40 minutes.
