2 lb	Fish filets cut in squares
2 cup	Potato chips crushed
1/4 cup	Parmesan cheese
1 tsp	Ground thyme

Instructions:

Instructions: Cut fish filets into small squares. Dip fish in milk.

Roll in mixture of potato chips and parmesan cheese.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 500 for 10 minutes.
