Recipe for Baked Fish with Bacon Stuffing

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
3 cup	Soft bread crumbs
1 tbl	Bacon drippings
1/4 cup	Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup	Diced bacon, cooked
2 tbl	Lemon juice
2 tbl	Water
	Seasonings
2 lb	Dressed fish
	Soft butter or margarine

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together all ingredients except fish, butter and lemon. Place stuffing lightly in cavity of fish; do not skewer. Place in greased baking pan; spread with butter. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Baste occasionally. Serve with lemon wedges.
