Recipe for Baked Fish with Hot and Spicy Spinach

1 bn	spinach fresh, clean stems & center vein removed
1 sm	bunch fresh cilantro stems removed
1 x	egg white
3 x	Cloves garlic
1 tbl	fresh ginger grated
2 tsp	soy sauce
2 tsp	dark sesame oil
1 tsp	hot pepper flakes

Instructions:

Instructions: Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together.

Place the above mixture on fresh fish filets and bake in 325 F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes.
