Instructions: Spray or brush cookie sheet with cooking oil. Place filets on greased surface and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed and dots of butter. Bake at 375 for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is flaky. To make sauce melt the butter, tarragon, capers and lemon juice together. Serve sauce over warm fish.
