Recipe for Baked Garlic Potatoes

Amount	Ingredient
	baked garlic potatoes
1 lb	small white potatoes
5 clv	garlic
6 tbl	oil
50 gm	chopped parsley
2 tsp	coarse salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Wash and dry potatoes.

Arrange in a casserole dish keeping the potatoes in no more than 2 layers.

Combine the garlic parsley salt and pepper.

Pour over the potatoes and toss to coat with oil mixture.

Bake covered at 230C/450F/gas mark 8 for 20 minutes.

Turn potatoes to re coaty in oil then bake for a further 25 minutes.

Serves 4
