Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200c/400f.
1 Wrap the goats cheese in the Parma ham. Place in a ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes. Blanch the beans in salted water for four minutes, drain and refresh in cold water. 2 Halve and put in a bowl with the chives and hazelnuts. Peel and segment one orange and add.
