12 x green bananas
1 x thick milk from 1 coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 x grated coconut
3 tsp baking powder or 1 TBSP
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel & wash banans in salt water to get rid of stain. Grate bananas. Add coconut milk, sugar, butter & fruits. Mix thoroughly, then add baking powder & fruits. Pour into greased cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes
