Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup Dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup Chopped parsley
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sage
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Chopped onion
3/4 cup Chopped celery
2 tbl Vinegar
2 tbl Water
EGG MUSTARD SAUCE
2 slc Lean bacon
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, sage & rosemary: set aside. Melt butter; add onion & celery, sauteeing until tender. Add vinegar & water; heat. Pour liquid over bread crumbs & toss lightly.

Place mixture in bottom of greased baking dish; place fish on dressing & top with bacon. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 40 minutes. Serve with Egg Mustard Sauce.
