1 x 12-14 lb. ham, butt or shank half, fully-cooked
3/4 cup Honey
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Frozen concentrate orange juice, slightly thawed
----------------- RAISIN SAUCE: ----------------
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tbl all purpose flour
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 F. Score fat on ham in a diagonal pattern and place in a baking pan. Bake at 15 minutes per pound. Mix glaze and baste ham about every ten minutes during the last hour of cooking. Let ham rest for about 10 minutes after you remove from oven. Slice and arrange on serving platter in an attractive display. Garnish as you like, or with orange slices and mint.

RAISIN SAUCE:
Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
