1 tsp	butter
1 tbl	half-and-half
1 lrg	egg
1 tbl	Havarti cheese grated

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a custard cup. Add the half-and-half. Crack the egg into the cup and cover with Havarti cheese. Sprinkle with dill. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.

Makes 1 serving but additional ones can be made and put on cookie sheets to cook.
