4 x Mini corn cobs
50 gm Butter, (2oz)
2 tsp Fresh red chilli, finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas mark 7.

Place the corn cobs on a large piece of foil on a baking tray.

Butter them generously, sprinkle over the chill and season well.

Seal the foil around the corn cobs and bake for 45-50 minutes, until tender.

NOTES : A quick and simple snack idea with a spicy note.
