1 x (16-ounce) box mochiko (sweet rice flour)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 cup water
1 x (12-ounce) can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add water and coconut milk gradually until well mixed. Add vanilla and a few drops of food color. Pour into greased 9- by 13 inch pan. Cover tightly with foil.

Place pan in center of oven. Bake for one hour. Uncover and cool for several hours. Cut into 40 squares.
