Instructions: Dice the gammon and mix with the pineapple, parsley, half the butter, garlic and seasoning to taste.
Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms and place on a lightly greased baking tray. Brush the outside of the mushrooms with remaining butter and place in a preheated oven 190 /375 F/Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately with warm crusty bread. Email this Recipe:
