Instructions: Preheat oven to 300. Zest the oranges. Stir sugar into skim milk. Beat egg substitute with whisk and add to milk mixture along with orange zest. Pour into individual ramekins or into 1 9" pie pan. Place in a pan of water

(water bath) and bake for 1 hour or until cake tester or knife inserted in center comes out clean.
