Recipe for Baked Orzo and Vegetables

1 cup	orzo cooked
3/4 cup	Egg Beaters(r) 99% egg substitute or
3 x	eggs beaten
2 tbl	fresh bread crumbs whole wheat
1 tbl	grated parmesan cheese
1 tbl	pesto sauce, Pastene
1/4 tsp	pepper
1 lrg	tomato chopped
1 x	clove garlic finely chopped
10 oz	frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed
	to drain

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat oven to 350. Grease 3-quart casserole.

Mix all ingredients; spoon into casserole. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
