4 x ripe peaches peeled, pitted, and halved
4 x ladyfingers (about 2/3 cup) coarsely crumbled
2 tbl chopped almonds
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 cup white wine
Instructions:
Instructions: Place 6 of the ripe peach halves in a buttered oven-to-table dish.

Puree remaining peach halves and combine with crumbled ladyfingers, almonds, lemon peel, and extract in a small bowl; mix thoroughly.

Mound mixture into centers of peach halves, drizzle with wine, and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees, 15 minutes or until peaches are hot and sugar browns on top.
