1 med green pepper, cut into strips
1 med red pepper, cut into strips
1 med onion, sliced
2 tbl oil
2 tbl fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
8 x boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 pkt SHAKE N BAKE Hot & Spicy Seasoned Coating Mix for Chicken or Pork
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix peppers, onions, oil, lime juice and cumin in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Coat chops as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place chops on onion mixture.

Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Cut chops into slices.

Top tortillas with sliced pork and onion mixture; roll up. Serve with guacamole, TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick N Chunky Salsa and BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, if desired.
