1 med onion, finely chopped
bacon
3 x eggs beaten
3 tbl Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
Instructions: *Note Mashed, seasoned with milk, salt and pepper, and butter.

Top with buttered crumbs, and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees till done.

Serves 6 to 8.
