Instructions: Dress rabbit. Wash carefully. Cut in pieces for serving. Let stand in salted water overnight. Drain. Roll in flour. Fry in butter until well browned. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover. Bake in moderate oven (400 F) until tender. Make brown sauce and pour over rabbit.
