4 x cleaned fish about 350g each
75 gm rich cream cheese
juice 1/2 lemon
2 tbl chopped dill and parsley
1 x salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 x little top of the milk
1 x lttle melted butter
To garnish wedges of lemon and dill
Trim all the fins off the fish.
Mash down the cream cheese with the lemon juice.
Add dill parsley and seasoning and enough of the top of the milk to make a soft spreading consistency.
Instructions:
Instructions: Season and brush the fish with melted butter. Arrange in a shallow buttered ovenproof With the grid shelf on the second set of runners cook for about 15 to 20 minutes in the roasting oven.

Brush again with butter half way through cooking.

It is done when the juices that flow from the thickest part are clear.

Garnish.

You can use fresh trout instead.
