Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Basil-Garlic Sauce, lemon juice, carrot, and leek. Cut butter into small pieces. Place in rectangular baking dish, 13- by 9- by 2-inches. Place rockfish on butter. Spread vegetable mixture over fish. Cover and bake 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
