Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
4 x	Salmon steaks
1 oz	Butter
	Zest and juice of half a lemon
4 sprg	dill

Instructions:

Instructions: Place the butter, dill and lemon zest between the steaks. Season and pour the lemon juice over the salmon. Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 25 mins at 400 degrees F (200 C). Serve with Hollandaise sauce, new potatoes and snow peas.
