3 tbl	corn flakes
1 lb	sausage meat
1 tbl	minced onion
3/4 cup	fine bread crumbs
2 tbl	chopped parsley
1 x	beaten egg

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 7 inch ring mold. Cover bottom with cornflakes.

Combine the sausage, minced onion, bread crumbs, parsley and 1 beaten egg. Place mixture into mold. Bake for 15 minutes; drain the fat; and bake an additional 15 minutes or until well done.

Invert sausage loaf onto hot platter; and fill center with the scrambled eggs.
