Instructions: Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening.
Put browned steak in a roaster. Cover with gravy. Add onion and green pepper sprinkled on top. Cover roaster with lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Check steak occasionally to make sure steak doesnt bake dry. Email this Recipe:
