Instructions: Trim the artichokes and boil until tender. Remove the chokes and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, herbs and oil; season to taste with salt and pepper. Carefully spread apart leaves of artichokes, leaving them attached.
