56 gm breaderumbs
28 gm suet finely chopped
4 tsp chopped parsley
grated rind of one lemon
1 x salt and pepper
28 gm butter

beaten egg

1 Slit fish down central line to make a pocket for the stuffing 2 Mix all stuffing ingredients together
3 Fill fish with stuffing
4 Coat fish with beaten egg and dip in breadcrunlbs 5 Place in ovenproof dish and dot withbutter 6 Place in the oven

small oven: 190 degrees C approx 20 minutes PREHEATED bottom runner
fan oven: 180 degrees C approx 20 minutes COLD STAR T
