Instructions: Preheat the oven to 220c/425f/Gas 7.
1 Heat the olive oil in a small ovenproof frying pan. Sear the tomatoes for a minute and season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. 2 Transfer to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes until softened and piping hot.
