Instructions: Take any white fish (orange roughy is a particular favorite of mine, very very mild) and evenly coat the top with cocktail sauce. Bake at 350 F until fish is done and cocktail sauce has become slightly "crusty". This is EXCELLENT! The topping no longer tastes like cocktail sauce and it adds great flavor with no fat.
