Amount	Ingredient
1 lb	zucchini squash unpeeled, sliced
1/4 cup	sliced green onions
1 tbl	oil
3 x	tomatoes sliced
1/2 tsp	salt
1/8 tsp	pepper
1 x	clove minced garlic

Instructions:

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F.

Saute zucchini and green onion in oil.

Place in casserole dish and top with remaining ingredients.

Cover and bake 30 minutes.
