Recipe for Baked Zucchini Squares (Appetizer)

Amount	Ingredient
3 cup	thinly sliced zucchini (un-peeled)
1 cup	Bisquick, or similar baking mix
1/2 x	to 1 cup finely chopped onion (depending on taste)
1/2 cup	grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbl	parsley
1/2 x	to 1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 x	to 1 tsp. oregano
1 dsh	pepper
1 x	clove finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup	vegetable oil
4 x	eggs, slightly beaten

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix everything together. Pour into greased 13 x 9 greased pan. Bake 25-35 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven until golden brown. Slice into squares.
